APPROACH/TIMING
In considering relocation, the JSPCA need to secure alternative premises in advance of relocation. We are therefore looking for expressions of interest which we will work through, as any proposal will need to fit in with the timescales appropriate to the relocation by the JSPCA.
We envisage negotiating a transaction to dispose of the whole or majority of the existing site, with a time lag from agreement to completion to facilitate the relocation process. Any parties interested in the site should allow for a deferred completion.
