Chris is the Group Managing Director, responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the Maillard & Co group of companies.

Chris joined the business in 2005, with over 20 years of experience in dealing with property in Jersey. As an Associate RICS Member, Chris previously worked for the local government, and in the finance sector and holds several Diplomas in Estate Management.

Over the past 10 years, Chris' experience, and contribution in helping developers and clients in setting up new residential and commercial developments, have significantly contributed to the growth of the business.

Dawn has varied experience in financial and professional services having previously worked for a small project management company as Director of Finance and Administration.

With 20 years’ experience in finance and accounting, 7 years in compliance and data protection, Dawn is also a Chartered Accountant and recently completed her CIPD level 5 People Management.

Alistair Sarre BSc MRICS, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Savills Plc, before returning to Jersey in February 1992.

Alistair is a Director of Sarre and Company, responsible for the Agency, Investment and Consultancy side of the business, and focusing on providing expert advice to both corporate and private clients.

Julian Roffe FRICS MCI Arb, qualified as a Chartered Surveyor at Montagu Evans and is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.

Julian manages the Professional Services side of the business and provides expert advice on strategic Estate Management issues.

Simon Gale LLB Hons AssocRICS is a chartered surveyor and also a registered RICS valuer. With over 25 years' experience Simon focuses on commercial agency, investment and consultancy and regulaly advises clients on high-profile local transactions.

After completing his A levels and a short stint in the finance industry, Reece joined Sarre and Company in January 2023.

Reece works as a Commercial Property Assistant in the Agency team, dealing primarily with office, warehouse and retail lettings, alongside Alistair.

Nicola joined the team in May 2016 and she focuses on the management of an extensive portfolio of commercial properties.

Nicola develops and maintains strong client and tenant relationships to ensure the smooth and effective running of our managed properties.

Greg joined the business in 2017 having previously worked as a general manager and acquiring an abundance of experience within the property management sector both in Jersey and overseas.

Now working for the business as a Commercial Property Manager within the Property Management team, Greg spends his time liaising with a variety of commercial clients to ensure the smooth running of our tenanted properties and assisting in full-scope management from daily issues to service charge accounts.

Greg prides himself on creating a tailored experience for all our clients, establishing trusted relationships and maintaining a consistent and quality service.

Nick obtained his Masters in Real Estate in the U.K. before moving to Jersey in 2014 and has worked in Property Management since.

He enjoys working with the team to provide a high level of service on all matters relating to commercial property.

Max joined the business as an Assistant Property Manager in June 2021 having successfully achieved A Levels in Business, Finance, and IT before working in audit and assurance at PwC. Promoted to Property Manager in December 2022, Max is responsible for the management of commercial property, from daily issues to service charge accounts.

Mia joined Sarre & Co in November 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager, responsible for managing various properties and organising maintenance contractual work, among other tasks.

Mia has also been actively learning and gaining valuable experience in property management.

Ginny started working at Sarre and Company in November 2013 as a part time Secretary and Receptionist.

Her primary role now is as Personal Assistant to Alistair Sarre and the Agency team, but she also carries out various administrative duties for the office as a whole.

Stacey assists the team with a range of administrative tasks, including secretarial duties and property management issues.

Prior to joining the Sarre & Co team, Stacey was a driving instructor and in her free time, she enjoys walking, playing golf and horse riding.

Alvin joined the team in July 2024, having previously spent 9 years as a Process Delivery Specialist for a Global IT company.

Alvin is currently providing financial support and accounts for Sarre and Company.

Ranie joined the team in April 2024 having previously worked as a Senior Analyst for a global financial services company handling general ledger accounts reconciliation.
