Chris is the Group Managing Director, responsible for the strategic direction, leadership and management of the Maillard & Co group of companies.

Chris joined the business in 2005, with over 20 years of experience in dealing with property in Jersey. As an Associate RICS Member, Chris previously worked for the local government, and in the finance sector and holds several Diplomas in Estate Management.

Over the past 10 years, Chris' experience, and contribution in helping developers and clients in setting up new residential and commercial developments, have significantly contributed to the growth of the business.

Chantelle brings over a decade of leadership and client-focused experience to Maillard & Co and Sarre & Co, joining the group after serving as Managing Director of Complete Facilities Ltd. She has worked across residential and commercial estates island-wide, managing key client relationships and supporting major property teams. With a strong local network and a background blending commercial management with creative communication, she is known for strengthening partnerships and driving growth. Chantelle also contributes to several local business committees and supports the ongoing development of the group.

Nicola joined the team in May 2016 and she focuses on the management of an extensive portfolio of commercial properties.

Nicola develops and maintains strong client and tenant relationships to ensure the smooth and effective running of our managed properties.

Greg joined the business in 2017 having previously worked as a general manager and acquiring an abundance of experience within the property management sector both in Jersey and overseas.

Now working for the business as a Commercial Property Manager within the Property Management team, Greg spends his time liaising with a variety of commercial clients to ensure the smooth running of our tenanted properties and assisting in full-scope management from daily issues to service charge accounts.

Greg prides himself on creating a tailored experience for all our clients, establishing trusted relationships and maintaining a consistent and quality service.

Mia joined Sarre & Co in November 2023 as an Assistant Property Manager, responsible for managing various properties and organising maintenance contractual work, among other tasks.

Mia has also been actively learning and gaining valuable experience in property management.

Freddie graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2025 with a First-Class degree in Property Finance and Investment (BSc). After completing a summer internship with Maillard’s in 2024, we’re delighted to welcome him back as a full-time member of the team.

Gillian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and is currently a Master of Public Administration candidate. Prior to joining the M&Co team, she worked as a Membership Accounts Administrator.

Gillian is currently responsible for the administrative and operational aspects of managing the commercial properties.
